GROTESK is a magazine about modern typography

Grotesque is a typeface classification that includes simple, bold, sans-serif fonts of the 19th and 20th century. Unlike geometric or transitional type, Grotesque typefaces are known for their irregular and idiosyncratic visual character. Grotesk is set in and borrows its name from the iconic Grotesque typeface, Akzidenz-Grotesk.
